Good lighting, your pet's face clearly visible, minimal background. Close-ups or profile shots beat distant or group photos. Frontal or three-quarter views give the most recognizable results.

Yes — while you're still choosing, regenerate with a different style or a different photo for free, up to a generous limit. We don't make manual edits to a generated image, but you can keep flipping styles until one feels right.

You review and approve the portrait before checkout, and your print is made from that portrait. If you're unsure about a style, try a few before you buy — you only pay once you're happy.

Orders go to production within minutes of payment, so they can't be cancelled once placed — that's why you approve the portrait before you pay. If we can't deliver on time you can cancel for a full refund, and our 30-day quality guarantee applies in full to the delivered product.
